I've been brainstorming how I want to continue updating this blog, and last night I had a bit of a revelation as I was falling asleep with a hound dog laying on top of me. It's no secret I love to take pictures and document life, but I don't do it nearly as much as I'd like to. Photographs are the best way to store memories, and I'm realizing how quickly the months and time pass me by. Some day, I'll want to remember what life was like, just Dan and I, doing life together here in Boston.
And what a cool idea to document moments as they come, share them, and watch how life unfolds before us and watch as new adventures come?! Some day, I'll want to look back on these extremely fleeting moments and remember them.
We have no idea what's in store for us but what we do know is that we are already 6 months into marriage, and we welcomed the transition into newlywed life.
So I'm going to experiment with the idea of using this blog as a photo journal, while also experimenting with the concept of documentary style photography, which basically means doing my own thing and seeing what happens!
In an effort to make this post, I took some very random photos this morning:
Dan's latest project is building a fire pit in the backyard. I love our backyard because it's basically a rock mountain and you can't really tell we actually live in a small city.

Please note the two coffee machines.
Devotional time.
Kitchen corner.
I'll want to remember what our living room looked like in our first home.
Our street from our porch.
can you spot the dog?
